2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Because our system processes payments and delivers digital e-books instantly, an order cannot be canceled once the payment is approved. There is no cooling-off period or order cancellation window. 3. EXCEPTIONS FOR DOUBLE PAYMENTS

We understand that technology can sometimes cause issues. If you experience a technical glitch where money is deducted from your bank account twice for the exact same book order due to a network error, we will gladly fix it:

  • Once our team manually verifies the duplicate charge with our payment gateway, the extra amount will be initiated back to your original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.

4. SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY & DOWNLOAD ISSUES

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your payment went through successfully but you faced a technical issue (such as a browser crash, power cut, or internet drop) and could not download your e-book, do not panic. You will not lose your book.
