Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before buying a book or joining our affiliate setup. By registering an account, purchasing an e-book, or promoting our products as an affiliate, you agree to follow all the rules listed on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, please do not use our website or services.
1. OUR CORE SERVICE & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Gyangrowth is strictly a digital e-book store. We do not print, sell, or ship physical books to any address. Every transaction on this website is for a digital license to download, open, and read our e-books on your personal devices (like mobiles, tablets, or computers).
2. PURCHASES AND INSTANT DELIVERY
- Pricing: All e-book prices shown on the store are clear and final. We use secure, standard Indian payment gateways (like Razorpay) to process payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking.
- Delivery: As soon as your payment is successful, the e-book is delivered to you instantly. You will get a direct download link on your screen, and a backup link will be sent to your registered email address. You can also access your purchased books anytime by logging into your student dashboard.
3. BOOK OWNERSHIP & STRICT ANTI-PIRACY RULES
All content inside our e-books belongs entirely to Gyangrowth and is protected under copyright laws. When you pay for a book, you buy a license for personal use only.
- No Sharing Allowed: You are strictly forbidden from sharing, re-selling, or distributing our e-book files. You cannot upload them to Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, Google Drives, public forums, or other websites.
- Account Action: If our system detects that a user is distributing our files without permission, we will immediately block their account, remove their access to the store without any refund, and take necessary legal steps under the Indian Copyright Act.
4. THE 3-TIER AFFILIATE COMMISSION MODEL
Our affiliate program is 100% voluntary and built purely around actual book sales. There are no fees to join. It works on a 3-level reward system:
- Tier 1 (Direct Sale): You earn a commission when someone clicks your personal link and buys a book.
- Tier 2 (Level 2 Sale): You earn an indirect commission when an affiliate who signed up under your Tier 1 link makes a sale.
- Tier 3 (Level 3 Sale): You earn an indirect commission when a Tier 2 partner’s referred affiliate makes a sale.
- Tracking: We use secure internet browser cookies to track links. If a customer clears their cookies or uses a different browser link before buying, the commission cannot be tracked or credited.
5. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHEATING & SELF-REFERRALS
To protect our business and honest partners, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against system manipulation:
- No Self-Purchasing: You cannot use your own affiliate link to buy books for yourself just to claim a commission. You are also not allowed to create fake/secondary accounts to cycle commissions through the 3-Tier system.
- Automatic Bans: Our backend tracking monitors device signatures, IP addresses, and payment details. If anyone is found gaming the system, their account will be permanently banned, and all pending or unpaid earnings will be canceled and forfeited immediately.
6. MARKETING ETHICS & SPAM CONTROL
We care about our brand reputation. Affiliates must promote our books responsibly:
- No Spamming: Do not spam links in random social media comments, automated bulk messages, or groups without permission.
- No False Promises: Do not make misleading or exaggerated earnings claims (e.g., “Earn ₹5000 daily without doing anything”). This is a product-sales commission program, not a get-rich-quick scheme. Your earnings depend entirely on your skills and the actual books sold.
7. PAYOUT VERIFICATION & TAXES
Before any affiliate commission is sent to your registered Bank Account or UPI ID, our team manually verifies the sales to ensure there is no fraud or chargeback issue. All local income taxes or banking fees on your affiliate earnings are your individual responsibility.
8. CHANGES AND TERMINATION
Gyangrowth has the right to update these terms or modify the affiliate commission percentages at any time to keep up with payment gateway policies or market changes. Any updates will be posted directly on this page.
